MAIL ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) STRYDE Mail Order only accepts credit card transactions - BankCard, MasterCard or VISA.

2) Customers must pay for postage to send item/s back to the store.

3) The customer must call the store within 7 days of delivery to advise of a return. If the shoes are unworn and returned in perfect condition within 7 days of the call a full refund will be granted. In the case of items being exchanged, additional postage will be payable. Please note that all sale item purchases are final and not exchangeable

4) All Mail Orders will be delivered to customers within 5-10 days of the customer placing the order. Mail Order cannot guarantee delivery timeframes to customers.

5) Postage within Australia is $14.95 per transaction. Postage to international destinations will be quoted at time of ordering. STRYDE does not accept any responsibility for duty taxes which may be incurred for mail order deliveries to international destinations.
