Conditions of online purchases

We want to take the risk out of purchasing online so we offer a risk free return and exchange policy should the item you buy not fit correctly when you receive it. Simply return the product to us and we'll either exchange it for the correct size or refund your money. 

Please note however that SALE items are not refundable.

If you find a manufacturing fault in your product please contact us immediately. We will happily exchange the item if it’s still in stock, organise a repair or refund your money – the choice is yours.

Postage within Australia is FREE for all purchases over $50!

All orders over $50 will be delivered FREE within Australia. For all orders under $50 a flat rate of $12.95 will apply.

We accept credit card transactions by MasterCard and VISA. Once the order has been processed it cannot be changed.

Items will be sent by Australia Post and you can expect to receive them within 3 working days. We pack and send your order the day we get it and our aim is to get goods to you as quickly as possible. Trust us when we say we know what it’s like when you have found your perfect pair of shoes and want to wear them immediately!

Out of Stock Items

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and our pricing is true and correct. If an item you have ordered is not available, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

International Deliveries

We accept credit card transactions by MasterCard and VISA. Once the order has been processed it cannot be changed. International orders will be charged at $29.95.
