Descending from three generations of shoemakers, Luis and Carlos Chico de Guzmán created Hispanitas in 1991 with the ambition to satisfy the daily needs of urban women while always proposing models at the height of fashion. Mission accomplished as their brand, once confined to the Spanish frontiers, is today distributed throughout the world.
From humble beginnings as a small, New York based, private label, to our status today, Miz Mooz has always remained committed to the principle that fashion and comfort can happily coexist. We believe that our shoes are a reflection of the people that wear them –eclectic, edgy, playful, quirky, but most of all, FUN! To this end, each shoe is carefully finished by hand, and the resulting variations in color and texture ensure that every pair is as unique and interesting as the woman who wears it.

NOOSA-Amsterdam is a unique concept created by two very passionate travelers who found themselves inspired by the huge diversity of cultures and symbolism found on Earth. Together, they came up with the idea of a unique line of customisable accessories: NOOSA.
The name NOOSA comes from the eponymous town in Australia, which both of the company’s founders have visited independently from each other. Both of them were deeply impressed by its atmosphere of authenticity, the special people and the magnificent National Park and therefore decided that NOOSA would be the perfect name for their brand of accessories.
NOOSA-Amsterdam work with talented artisans in Fair Trade factories in Nepal, Peru and Bali, who make each chunk by hand. The leather used in the products is naturally tanned. Only vegetable materials, such as the extract of the South-American quebracho wood, walnut and mimosa are used.
